We had a great experience at Dark Heart. Our daughter had been nervous about getting her ears pierced for years, and when she finally felt ready, TJ was absolutely wonderful with her. He made her feel comfortable the entire time, and she didn’t even flinch. We’re so thankful for such a positive experience, especially since ear piercings can be really intimidating for kids. I was thrilled with my experience at Dark Heart tattoo. I got my conch piercing today and their jewelry selection was insanely good, high quality pieces, and they had so many to choose from. Everyone there was friendly and professional but I was especially impressed with my piercer! He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable to talk his ear off (I'm a nervous yapper lol) he even proved me with recommendations for things around the town to do with my family. I'm already planning my next trip !

Everyone was nice when I went in for my first tattoo. Alex helped me out with the design and did my tat. To me the price matches the quality. I was worried I’d regret getting it, but every time I see it, it looks awesome. I’m not sure if I want to recommend him so I can keep him to myself. 10/10 would recommend.

Came in for piercings for daughter and myself. Had heard great things and I'm so glad we stopped by! Met a few staff members who were all welcoming. The studio decor is so fun to explore. Jewelry selection was great. Piercer was very mindful and friendly. Swift, precise, clean and comfortable. Great experience. Definitely recommend ❤️
